Reasons for short-term advisory services are typically focussed on the individual founder/entrepreneur/leader's specific challenges. If there are specific problems or challenging areas of your organisation that are fairly well-defined, this is the ideal package. Here, I draw on my formal training as a psychologist and expertise as a researcher in the field of leadership to advise you on first understanding your own positionality to the problem, before trying to solve it. For this type of advisory service, I typically use the Incisive Questioning technique (Kline, 2016), and work towards unpacking your habits as a leadership (Fogg, 2020). With this package, we would, together with other stakeholders, identify which areas of your organisation pose a specific challenge to your vision and/or leadership right now. After we have identified the area of focus, we will meet virtually every 2 weeks for a total of six 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions.
