Get in touch regarding costs. 🛠 Problem-focused This option is ideal for those who might be experiencing doubts or anxiety about challenges within the medium-term - especially those pertaining to relationships at work. These types of challenges are easily identified, but not well defined and much of the advisory process here is dedicated to adequately defining problems before attempting to solve them. As medium-term business problems often relate to team dynamics and the state of relationships at work, I draw on my formal training as a psychologist and employ tools such as Schema Theory (Stevens & Roediger, 2017) and Nonviolent Communication (Rosenberg, 2015). With this package, we would, together with other stakeholders, identify which area of your organisation and team dynamics require your attention right now and how an advisor might assist you. After we have identified the area of focus, we will meet virtually every 2 weeks for a total of ten 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions.
