Reasons for short-term advisory services are typically focussed on the individual founder/entrepreneur/leader's specific challenges. If there are specific problems or challenging areas of your organisation that are fairly well-defined, this is the ideal package. Here, I draw on my formal training as a psychologist and expertise as a researcher in the field of leadership to advise you on first understanding your own positionality to the problem, before trying to solve it. For this type of advisory service, we start with you completing a psychometric assessment - we would identify what psychometric assessment would benefit you most during our introductory meeting. Based on the outcome of the assessment, I typically use the Incisive Questioning technique (Kline, 2016), and work towards unpacking your habits as a leadership (Fogg, 2020). With this package, we would, together with other stakeholders, identify which areas of your organisation pose a specific challenge to your vision and/or leadership right now. After we have identified the area of focus, we will meet virtually every 2 weeks for a total of six 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions.
