As such, this type of advisory relationship considers the leader's challenges within organisational and societal contexts. You might find yourself becoming increasingly concerned about how your ability to meet the challenges and complexities of a post-COVID world. Within this option, I will work with you to avoid doubts becoming debilitating, and instead channel them into opportunities for growth. Here, I draw on my formal training as a psychologist, experience having visited 22 countries, and expertise as a researcher in the field of leadership and diversity and inclusion. The advisory approach I use here is heavily dependent on the needs and goals of the founder/entrepreneur/leader, while simultaneously employing tools such as Intersectionality (Crenshaw, 2012) and Systems Thinking (Senge, 2010), which considers factors beyond that of the individual. With this package, we would, together with other stakeholders, identify which area of your organisation's strategic trajectory requires the most urgent attention from you and might benefit from working with an advisor. After we have identified the area of focus, we will meet virtually every 2 weeks for a total of twenty-one 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions over the course of a year.
